Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Altura currently ships within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally in the future.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times usually range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

During launches, restocks, and pre-orders, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

How do I ship my order back to you?

To start a return, please contact us at support@wearaltura.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be sent to you by email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Altura pieces.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, stains, or odors.

Due to hygiene and limited inventory, certain items including final sale products may not be eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

When Can I Expect My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues when inventory is available.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued instead.
